These were difficult interventions… Both administratively and physically… We had to get the consent of all the co-owners and start obtaining a building permit…

My colleague, an architect, renovated the attic… It was about thirty years ago… And in a building that is over 100 years old… Across from mine…
The work was comprehensive, complex, and thorough…
The concrete for the floor slab was delivered with mixers… The layers of the roof were supplemented with the necessary insulation… And the entire tile was changed… Skylights were installed, which were not there before…
Partition walls are made of sheet metal construction with thermal insulation and plasterboard panels on both sides…
Installations, water, drainage, and electricity were brought in and disconnected… On the side of the yard, a loggia was constructed…
The new residential attic was beautiful…

My current task is to convert the attic of the family house into a residential attic… For a young married couple with a baby…
Even though they are young, they know what they want… From style, materials, colors, lowered ceiling…
