Inspiration …
I have always loved art… Fine art… But I was too young to recognize that it was a love of Architecture…
In the first grade of elementary school, I already drew a family house in axonometry, and in the upper grade of the same school, perspective… I remember that the teacher asked me something about that drawing, in the sense of where I know how to draw it… The drawing was called: My Street …
I still remember that drawing to this day… Honestly, I don’t know how I even knew how to draw it in perspective, even though we didn’t learn that way before…
Without false modesty, it was a question of some talent, although I have no knowledge that any of my ancestors were involved in drawing…
I didn’t know what inspiration was then…
Drunk Architects …
As a fifteen-year-old boy, I loved the songs of the Yugoslav group Bijelo Dugme… I don’t know why… Maybe because those songs were related to my first crush…
I still like to listen to their songs to this day… In a song, arrangement and music were always important to me… I rarely paid attention to their lyrics…
In the last few years, I read interviews with the former leader of that group, Goran Bregović… At the same time, while listening to their songs, I began to pay attention to the lyrics… I had no more dilemmas… The author of the lyrics of most of their songs was, and still is , philosopher… All his poems are sad and love…
Who is responsible for all their good… Talent or drugs…

Architecture is an art …
Although I have never used opiates, sometime after creating the project documentation, I don’t understand how I managed to solve it well… I don’t even remember some things… I’m not sure I could do it again… It’s like something entered me in that period of designing…
That’s how the conceptual solution for the pedestrian bridge in Slavonski Brod was created… The inspiration came to me during an annual vacation in the small town of Trogir on the coast of the Adriatic Sea in the Republic of Croatia… By itself, unprovoked… at least I have no other explanation…
Maybe alien influence…
