What a stupid target 4-5 traffic signs, placed at eye level of "blind" pedestrians?
Archiinterdes.com

How could it happen that several traffic signs, placed right next to pedestrian crossings at the eye level of pedestrians?

Pedestrians do not have visibility, before crossing the road…

Has that road received a use permit and is it so according to the Laws and regulations…

Why doesn’t the Competent Service, for the safety of pedestrians, raise or lower it?
