Leader of children …

You have to be born to be a leader… or it can be learned…

As children, we played various games… and there was always someone who suggested something, made order and so on… 

 

Most often, they were the loudest… Regardless of the fact that their ideas and suggestions were not the best… Self-deprecating children remained silent, although they may have had better suggestions about some games…

 

It was easier for them to calmly accept other people’s proposals than to fight for their own… It’s a less harsh line…

Because of which we often had bad leaders of our children’s games…

 

Leader…

Today, there are educated leaders with ties…

 

Leaders have always existed… And cavemen had and animals have their leaders… Just like tribes living in rainforests…

All families, associations, political parties, civic groups, municipalities, cities, states, groups of states… Each of them is led by an individual… 

 

That individual is most often chosen by the group he will lead… The future leader already makes sure that he is proposed… And elected… And so it will be…

Most often, it is the way that leader decides… And he tries to make it the way he imagined it… And so it will be…

 

So everything is decided by individuals…

 

Retired leader…

Only when they retire, former leaders calm down, dedicate themselves to a hobby…
with probably frequent thinking about some Decisions…

And they think: “Why did I need this?”
